Sir,
This is a thank you for the excellent customer service we received from your salesman John Ham. He was always professional, friendly and patient. He was never pushy; he went the extra mile to find us the exact color & model for which we were looking. Just to let you know what kind of guy and great asset John is to your team; we let him know that my wife Cheryl would be the primary driver of the new Honda. She has been happily driving her 2000 Honda Accord for the past 14 years and was reluctant to give it up. John asked her what features she was looking for in a new car...she promptly told him "seat warmers & cup holders"! Of course we ended up with all the bells and whistles but one of her favorite features is the "seat warmers". Back to what makes John Ham special; it was cloudy and cool on the day we picked up our new car. John showed us how to use the Navigation System, setting up our home address so Cheryl won't ever get lost. He showed us how to use the radio and set our favorite stations. He also synched our cell phones for hands free use. We were definitely smiling when we drove off...about a mile away, my wife asked me if I had turned on her "seat warmer" for her because she was warm and toasty...I had to admit I wasn't so thoughtful, it was John Ham listening to what his customer wanted!! Thanks John! That's the reason we'll be back to Buena Park Honda.

Well, where do I even start. We all know how it feels walking into a dealership looking for a new car. As if your prey, about to be attacked by all the salesman. But the great thing about this reveiew is that this wasn't the case at Buena Park Honda!
The Moment I arrived I was greeted by Michelle Padilla she was amazing. My wife and I went to look and purchase a Certified Honda Pilot Touring. I was surpised to see that by no means did I feel preassured to buy, but comfotrable enough to feel as if we were friends having a normal conversation about the buy.
The minute my wife and I sat down we thought that we would be sitting there going over numbers for hours but that wasn't the case. We were approved got our payment we wanted and before we knew it we were signing our paperwork for our pilot! Michelle accomodated us with her hospitality and great customer service! Our Pilot was very well taken care of and upon purchase it looked amazing. She definatly took care of it!
Micehelle has the "IT" factor about her saleswoman's tactic to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible while being able to provide all the information that you might desire of your next potential buy! Please ask for MICHELLE PADILLA, when your looking to buy your next Honda. Buena Park Honda is priced to compete with other Honda Dealers. And their hispitality cant be beat!!

I had such an amazing buying experience. My salesperson was Merlyn
Perez! She was so helpful despite the fact that I kept changing my mind
she put everything together so smoothly. It was almost like being with
family.
This is great for me because I was so scared
of being
cheated but I got an AMAZING deal! I love this place. It also had a very
home-y feeling, I felt so at ease!
The finance
manager we
worked with was Vitus. Now this sis what scared me the most finalizing
the deal but it was so peaceful. Vitus loosened us up with his clever
jokes! Little by little he became family also.
If

is a great dealership with quick service. I bring my car in on sat
morning, and in like a 1/2hr its done whether its an oil change or an
intermediate service. even if there was people in front of me, it would
be pretty quick. I think this is a great dealership, and would recommend
getting your next car, or servicing your car here.

If
your looking for anything HONDA look no further. I went to three other
dealers
on Mothers Day to buy my wife a Honda Accord and had nothing but but
hassles
and lies. I called William and Greg and they assured me to take one more
chance
and come down and they would fix all the other dealers BS and make the
sale and
our search end with a smile. When we arrived the floor manager Daniel
Rodriquez
greeted me and had the car we wanted and the numbers were way
better than
the rest. I was so happy with there honesty and great service we wrote
it up in
seconds. My car and the paper work were ready in less than two hours.
Happy
Wife, Happy Life!!! We left and still had time to take a sunset drive
down PCH
